These terms apply when you use lightningstudiosoft.com, the website of Lightning Studio LLC ("we", "us"). Each of our apps has its own terms. Client projects are covered by the written agreement we sign for each one.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse the website and contact us through it. Please don't misuse it. For example, don't try to break it or overload it, don't send automated messages through the contact form, and don't send anything unlawful or abusive.

Our content

The text, design, code and images on this website, and the names and logos of Lightning Studio and our apps, belong to Lightning Studio LLC. App screenshots show demo content. You may link to the website and quote short parts of it if you credit us. Please don't copy it as a whole, or use our names in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Not an offer

What we say here about our services, timelines and ways of working is general information, not a binding offer. A project begins only when we both sign a written agreement that sets out its scope, price and terms.

Links to other websites

This website links to app stores and other websites that we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or how they work.

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without guarantees of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it.
